Exceptionally nice staff

Central location, amazing base for discovering Casablanca. Beautiful area short walk to the malls as well as the waterfront.- Good service, free parking available on site.- Great pool

The hotel's location was central, very close to the sea.

The hotel was fairly clean and had pleasant staff in particular in reception and doorman. The triple room was new-fashioned, included a mini-bar, a personal safe and multi-channel television. I found everything nice, would recommend it to friends.

The location here is incredible and wonderful, it's close to Morocco for a 12-day tour with friends.

We stayed in the new building (ryad) and the room is quite nice. Nice furniture, LCD & big with ocean view.

The surroundings are quite low level. The reception people are just some machines with just 2 activites like: check-in & check-out. Someone must tell them that customer is not only paying for the room, but for the services too.

Free parking onsite provided. Neat and air-conditioned room, marble bathroom.

The staff, especially at reception and doorman, are exceptionally nice. the breakfast is tasty with plenty of food options, and the coffee and croissants are great. - the hotel boasts a great and unbeatable location, close to Megarama and the tramway.

Excellent check-in service, comfortable room, nice Moroccan interior. Good restaurant Basmane nearby.

Taha, front desk clerk, and his team assigned an ocean front room to myself and my adult children. After an overseas flight we appreciated it. He also facilitated our breakfast and early checkin since we arrived at 9am. Khadija in our new building reception was excellent in assisting with phone calls to our accommodation in Fes, Morocco. The views of the ocean were gorgeous and the staff very attentive. The hotel was spotless and very Moroccan in theme and design.

In order to request a second day or a booking for the next week, the front desk had us talk to booking by telephone and the ability to communicate in English was poor. Also, they said we could have the same ocean front room at the Booked.net price but neither were followed through with when we returned.

This place is spotless and nicely set up, with friendly and helpful staff, especially at the front desk and entrance. 🌟

The hotel is close enough to the city but gives you more comfort because out of the center.

I wished the wifi connection reached all rooms rather than just being in the lobby areas.

Our last night in Morocco me and my gf decided to stay here to relax a little bit. It was a little bit expensive compared to the usual Ibis hotel chain we stayed in but there was a lot more diversity in the restaurant, mutiple bars and even channels on the TV. The hotel is right on the beach (well maybe a 2min walk to the water) so the vîew is really nice if you get a seaside room.

Everything is in Euro when you buy it, and then its transfered to your room tab, so when you leave you have to pay a seemingly massive bill which is in Dirhams...so watch on the conversation rates.

Classy hotel. Rooms were very clean and reasonable size. The restaurant menu was quite limited but the food was good and prices reasonable. The hotel is located on the coast and has good views. Good location for the beach but quite a way from the station and airport.
